Overall Review (in brief)

I’m not really sure why this one falls under the ‘How to Draw’ heading. Yes, there are a handful of ‘step-by-steps’, but the vast majority of the book seems to be a collection (and analysis) of concept art. The art is what saves this one – not the ‘how to’-ness.

Book’s Best Feature(s)

The broad spectrum of art by different artists gives the reader a sense of different directions their own art could go in.

While I enjoyed the book, I felt like it was more of an “enjoy while I’m at the library” sort of thing.
