Motion Computing LS 800

ls800This was the first tablet I used to any real extent. The first one that I really valued. I wrote about it a while back in some detail.

If you’d like the tl;dr version: It was ridiculously cheap and did everything I really wanted it to do. It made me exceedingly happy while I had it. Actually, I still had it up until my big purge/move last year when I started my life on the road. I did a lot of my work for Nevermet Press on this little tablet.

If it wasn’t for the prolific advances in both the low end tablets (Androids / Windows RT) and the mid range (Windows 8 Surface) this would be the tablet I would be recommending to most folks.
